摘要
该文以朗县金东曲为例,从水资源、水污染、水环境、水生态、水安全等角度,结合高原山区河道、经济发展特点,分析河道管理保护与开发利用之间现状主要矛盾,探讨了河道管理保护与开发利用的转化机制。
Taking Jindong River in Lang County as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation and main contradictions between river management,protection,development and utilization from the perspectives of water resources,water pollution,water environment,water ecology and water security,and in combination with the characteristics of river channel and economic development in mountainous areas of the plateau,the transformation mechanism of river management,protection,development and utilization is discussed.
