工业作为能源消耗和碳排放的重点领域,其节能降耗措施对于推动行业绿色低碳发展具有重要作用。本文通过深入分析广西工业固定资产投资项目节能审查的事中事后监管实践,探讨了监管过程中遇到的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。文章阐述了节能审查在确保能源合理使用和促进工业可持续发展中的关键作用,并基于地方实际情况,提出了完善措施,旨在为相关部门在制定和执行节能政策时提供参考,共同推动工业领域的节能降碳和绿色发展。
As a key area of energy consumption and carbon emissions,industry's energy saving and consumption reduction measures play an important role in promoting green and low-carbon development.Through an in-depth analysis of the supervision practice during and after the energy conservation review of industrial fixed asset investment projects in Guangxi,this paper discusses the problems encountered in the supervision process,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The paper expounds the key role of energy conservation review in ensuring rational use of energy and promoting sustainable industrial development,and puts forward improvement measures based on local actual conditions,aiming to provide references for relevant departments when formulating and implementing energy conservation policies,and jointly promote energy conservation,carbon reduction and green development in the industrial field.
