基于边缘计算的智能RTU系统在油气田的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 数字化和智能化的时代背景下,随着AI、大数据、云计算、物联网等技术的发展和应用,自控设备也逐步向智能化发展。自2012年以来,油气田公司持续开展数字化气田建设工作,新建场站数字化覆盖率逐步提高。但随着数字化建设的不断深入和推进,也出现了许多新情况、新问题。如早期建设的RTU对偏远现场的设备监测能力不足,需增加以太网扩展模块、HART采集器、物联网关等补充相关功能,加大了成本和集成难度;智能化程度低,仅满足数据采集和部分逻辑控制,不具备趋势分析、数据清洗等边缘计算能力;数据可靠性机制缺失,未引入掉电保护、数据缓存、重发等机制。提出了一种基于边缘计算的智能RTU系统,通过利用边缘计算、容器技术等智能技术,解决当前油气田RTU存在运维、安全、智能化方面的问题,实现远程部署、边缘计算。 In the era of digitization and intelligence,with the development and application of technologies such as AI,big data,cloud computing,and the Internet of Things,automatic control equipment is gradually developing towards intelli-gence.Since 2012,the oil and gas field company has continued to carry out digital gas field construction,and the digital coverage rate of newly built stations has gradually increased.However,with the continuous deepening and advancement of digital construction,many new situations and new problems have also emerged.For example,the RTU built in the early stage has insufficient monitoring capabilities for equipment in remote sites.It is necessary to add supplementary functions such as Ethernet expansion modules,HART collectors,and IoT gateways,which increases the cost and difficulty of integra-tion;the degree of intelligence is low,and it only meets data acquisition requirements.It does not have edge computing capabilities such as trend analysis and data cleaning.The data reliability mechanism is missing,and mechanisms such as power-down protection,data caching,and retransmission are not introduced.This paper proposes an intelligent RTU system based on edge computing.By using intelligent technologies such as edge computing and container technology,it can solve the problems of operation and maintenance,security and intelligence of RTU in current oil and gas fields,and realize re-mote deployment and edge computing.
