摘要
针对致密砂岩气田开发至中后期,单井产量、压力下降快,产水严重,低产低效井数量逐年增加问题,基于致密砂岩气藏地质特征,分析了低产低效井成因并进行归类,总结了各类低产低效井的治理对策,提出了低产低效井治理建议。研究认为,致密砂岩气藏普遍物性差,连片性差,气井易见水;致密砂岩气藏低产低效井按成因可进一步归类为排水措施井和老井挖潜井;排水采气是治理见水型低产低效井的主体工艺,查层补孔、侧钻水平井、重复压裂等老井挖潜工艺是实现低产低效井提质增效的主要途径;致密砂岩气藏低产低效井治理应集中于完善与升级排水采气工艺;结合数字化管理与自动化设备开展主动性排水采气;完善出水气井治理方式,加强控水根治出水问题;攻关形成更有效的低成本老井挖潜工艺;利用数字化气田开展多维矩阵式气井管理。
In the middle and late stage of tight sandstone gas field development,single well production and pressure decline rapidly,water production is serious,and the number of low production and low efficiency wells increases year by year.Based on the geological characteristics of tight sandstone gas reservoirs,this paper analyzes the causes and classification of low-production and low-efficiency wells,summarizes various treatment measures for low-production and low-efficiency wells,and puts forward treatment suggestions for low-production and low-efficiency wells.The conclusion are as follows:firstly,the tight sandstone gas reservoir has poor physical property,poor contiguity and easy to see water in gas wells.Secondly,low production and low efficiency wells in tight sandstone gas reservoirs can be further classified into water-penetrating wells and old wells according to their genesis.Thirdly,drainage gas recovery is the main technology for treating low production and low efficiency wells with water penetration.Exploring potential of old wells such as layer checking,hole filling,lateral drilling of horizontal wells and repeated fracturing is the main way to improve quality and efficiency of low production and low efficiency wells.Fourthly,the treatment of low production and low efficiency wells in tight sandstone gas reservoirs should focus on improving and upgrading drainage gas recovery technology.Combined with digital management and automatic equipment to carry out proactive drainage gas recovery.Improve the treatment way of outlet gas well,strengthen water control to eradicate the problem of outlet gas.Tackle key problems to form a more effective low-cost old well tapping technology.Multi-dimensional matrix gas well management using digital gas field.
