低压低产气井排水采气工艺技术 被引量:137

摘要 针对长庆气田产水状况,文章总结了近几年来长庆气田排水采气工艺技术研究所所取得的成果,介绍了优选管柱排水采气、泡沫排水采气、柱塞气举排水采气等三种技术的工艺原理、工艺要求及各项工艺在长庆气田的试验效果,归纳了目前长庆气田采用的三种行之有效的复产工艺措施,形成了长庆气田低压低产气井排水采气工艺技术体系,这对提高低压低产气井的采收率及高效开发具有指导意义。 Aiming to the water-producing situation in Changqing gas field, it is summed the fruits achieved on the study of the techniques of gas recovery by water drainage for recent years. It is introduced the working principle, working requirements and testing results of the three techniques of gas recovery by water drainage including the gas recovery by water drainage with optimized string, the gas recovery by water drainage with foam and the gas recovery by water drainage with plunger gas lift in Changqing gas field. The 3 effective technical measures used currently in Changqing gas field are proposed to restore production and the technical system of gas recovery by water drainage is formed for the gas wells with low pressure and production in Changqing gas field, which has guiding significance for improving the recovery factor of gas wells with low pressure and production, and their efficient developing.
