摘要
为了应对油气田面临的能源保障任务重、新动用资源品位低、老油气田稳产难、安全环保责任大的严峻形势和解决当前生产过程中存在的问题,有必要借鉴日本丰田汽车公司等制造业精益生产的先进经验,结合油气田开发业务的内容和特点,深入开展油气田精益生产研究。通过分析当前油气田生产过程中存在的问题,明确了精益生产的内涵和总体思路,确定了实现精益生产的对策,为推动数字化油气田开发方案编制、产能建设、生产运营全业务链、全生命周期的精益生产,促进上游业务高质量稳健发展奠定了基础。
It is necessary to conduct in-depth research on lean production in oil and gas fields,combining advanced experience of lean production in manufacturing industries such as“Toyota”from Japan and the characteristics of oil and gas field development business,to solve problems during production and follow the current trends of heavy tasks in enery guarantee and safety and environmental protection,lower grade of new resources and difficulties in yield stablization.The instructions and methods for lean production were determined by analyzing those problems,thus to make progress in preparing the digital oil and gas field development plans,increasing production,facilitating full cycle development in lean production and high-quality and steady development of upstream business.
