摘要
加标回收实验是水质环境监测中常用的实验室内质控手段,经常运用于微量痕量级别的分光光度法。加标回收率和质控已知样对某些实验结果具有优势。加标回收率与待测样品的浓度水平关系不大,但在低浓度区加标回收率要受样品的本底值和均匀程度的影响,适用于分析条件较难控制的项目及基体较为复杂需前处理的项目。使用质控样时,可优先选用与水样浓度相近的浓度;对基体不复杂的水样具有更好的参考作用。
Spiked recovery laboratory water quality environmental monitoring is commonly used in the laboratory quality control means, often used in trace level spectrophotometry. The standard recovery rate and quality control known samples have advantages to some experimental results. The spiked recovery rate has little relation with the sample concentration level, but the spiked recovery rate in the low concentration area is affected by the background value of the sample, which is suitable for the items with difficult analytical conditions to control and the items with complex matrix requiring pretreatment. The preferred quality control sample should be selected with similar concentration to the water sample, and the water sample with uncomplicated matrix has better reference function.
