摘要
研究了O3/H2O2复合作用对钻井废水COD的去除效果。将原钻井废水破胶处理后的废水作为实验对象,主要考察pH值、O3用量、O3/H2O2的比例以及反应时间等因素对复合氧化的影响。实验首先考察了单一因素的最佳值,然后再根据正交实验Lg(3^4)确定了O3/H2O2氧化技术的最优工艺条件。实验结果表明,在最佳的工艺条件下,废水COD的去除率达到84.43%,对处理钻井废水有很好的效果。
This paper discussed the enmbined ac- tion of O_3/H_2O_2 for COD_(Cr)disposal of drilling wastewater.Many factors impact the result of the oxi- dation,sueh as the pH value,the dosage of 03,the proportion of O_3 and H_2O_2,the reaction time and etc. First,each factor has been found the best value;then, the best reaction eondition of O_2/H_2O_2 oxidation tech- nology has been determined by Lg(34)experiments. According to the experiment results,under the best processing condition,the removal ratio of COD_(Cr)can reach 84.43%,which means good effect of this tech- nology in the drilling wastewater disposal.
