摘要
采用湿法消化样品,用原子吸收光谱法对广西玉林仁东镇6个不同自然村大蒜(仁东大蒜)中的Ca、Mg、Zn、Mn、Fe、Cu元素的含量进行测定,方法测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.58%~2.67%(n=6),加标回收率为94.0%~102.5%。实验结果表明,仁东镇大蒜矿物元素与其它大蒜基地的大蒜有较大差别,该基地不同自然村大蒜矿物元素的含量有一定的差别。
Mmineral elements such as Ca, Mg, Zn, Mg, Fe, Cu in garlic from 6 countries of Rendong town in Yulin city of Guangxi were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The samples were digested by wet digestion method. The standard devia- tion of the method was 0.58% - 2.67% ( n = 5) , and the recovery of standard addition was 94.0% - 102.5%. The results showed that there was much difference in mineral content in garlics from Rendong and those from other garlic base. Certain distinction aslo existed in garlics from different countries of Rendong town.
