摘要
针对矿井现用通风机调节主要是依靠人工经验进行,无法与现场实时监测数据进行关联分析的不足,提出了两种可实时控制局部通风机的控制方案,并对这两种方案各自具有的主要优缺点与具体适用情况进行了分析,提出了掘进工作面的实时控制策略。综合应用这些策略,不仅保障了矿井甲烷的安全快速排放,而且节约了通风机通风动力,取得了较好的应用效果。
Aiming at the deficiency that the existing ventilation fan adjustment in mines mainly relies on manual experience and cannot be correlated and analyzed with real-time monitoring data in the field,two control schemes for real-time control of local ventilation fans are proposed,and the main advantages and disadvantages of each of these two schemes and their specific applications are analyzed,and a real-time control strategy for digging working face is proposed.Through the comprehensive application of these strategies,it not only ensures the safe and rapid emission of methane from the mine,but also saves the ventilation power of the ventilator significantly,and achieves a better application effect.
