摘要
运用文献资料、专家访谈、实地调研等方法,探究我国青少年体育培训业高质量发展机遇、挑战,并提出发展策略。“双减”政策引导下我国青少年体育培训业高质量发展的机遇:重塑校外培训格局,提振体育市场活力;规范培训行业市场,打造良好营商环境;深入推行素质教育,引领体育培训革新。面临的挑战:资源供给不足,供需结构难稳控;市场分散无序,有效监管难实施;服务质量不佳,反馈机制待完善;人才缺口凸显,行业升级遇瓶颈等。发展策略:驱动供给端迭代转型,激活产业内生动力与活力;构建立体化监管体系,打造活而有序的市场环境;开展常态化评价,实现办学质量可持续发展;政校企形成合力,助推多元联动型人才输出。
By using the methods of literature review, expert interviews, field investigation, this paper explored the opportunities and challenges of high-quality development of youth sports training industry in China, and put forward development strategies. Opportunities for the high-quality development of youth sports training industry in China under the guidance of double reduction policy:It reshapes the pattern of off-campus training to boost the vitality of sports market, standardizes the training industry to create a good business environment, and deeply carries out quality education to lead the innovation of sports training. Challenges include insufficient supply of resources and difficulty in controlling the structure of supply and demand, fragmented markets and difficult implementation of effective regulation, poor service quality and imperfect feedback mechanisms, and prominent talent gaps and bottlenecks in industry upgrading. Development strategies: We should drive the iterative transformation of the supply side and activate the internal power and vitality of the industry, build a multi-dimensional regulatory system to create a dynamic and orderly market environment, carry out regular evaluation to achieve sustainable development of school-running quality. The government,school and enterprise work together to boost the output of diversified and interconnected talents.
