摘要
体育纳入高考必考科目引发学生学业负担增加、评判标准难统一、应试教育被强化、运动兴趣遭扼杀、制度实施公平性问题无法保证等争论,辩证认识这些争论的正反面影响、归宿方向、价值转向及本原实相,是实施纾解方略的外部前提。为促进体育纳入高考必考科目制度的实施与功能发挥,提出坚持育人为本彰显价值理性、加强制度体系建设保障公平公正、加大社会支持力度完善配套设施、构建长效机制形塑体育习惯等建议。
The inclusion of sports as a compulsory subject in the college entrance examination can improve students’physical health and promote their all-round development.At the same time,there are also disputes such as increased academic burdens of high school students,difficulty in standardizing evaluation criteria,strengthening of test-oriented education,stifling of sports interest,and issues concerning the system’s fairness.Dialectical understandings of the controversies,including their positive and negative impacts,future direction,value changes,and the original realities,constitute the external premise for resolving them.In order to promote the implementation and functioning of the policy,the paper proposes the following suggestions:adhering to the principle of educating people,strengthening system construction to guarantee fairness,increasing social support to improve supporting facilities,building a long-term mechanism,and shaping sports habits.
