摘要
随着我国产业结构调整的不断推进,职业教育在我国经济发展和社会生产中的作用越来越大,而社会生产对人才的要求也越来越高。同时,新颁布的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》进一步强调通过多种渠道扩宽职业学校学生的发展途径,而中高职衔接则是其中最常规、最有效的途径之一。因此,同一区域内的中高职院校通过合作,围绕完善教育体系、优化人才培养目标、提升专业衔接精准度、提高课程衔接科学性、加强师资互派流动性、提高招考渠道顺畅性等方面加强衔接,共同提升人才培养质量。
With the continuous advancement of industrial structure adjustment in China,vocational education plays an increasingly important role in economic development and social production,and social production brings forward higher requirements to talents.In the newly promulgated Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China,it is further emphasized to broaden the development path of vocational school students through various channels,and the coordinated development between secondary and higher vocational colleges is one of the most conventional and effective ways.Therefore,through cooperation,secondary and higher vocational colleges in the same region can improve the quality of talent cultivation by perfecting the education system,optimizing talent cultivation objectives,improving the accuracy of professional convergence,improving the scientificity of curriculum convergence,strengthening the mobility of teachers and smoothing recruitment channels.
