摘要
中等职业教育是实现中国农村经济和城乡协调发展的关键力量,且在巩固脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接过程中提供了重要的人才智力支持。从脱贫攻坚到乡村振兴战略转移过程中社会目标和个人目标的递进,引发了中等职业教育育人需求在人才培养思路、能力培养结构方面的变化,该变化促使中等职业教育的育人功能需要进行广度、深度、精度方面的纵向延伸,其中育人内容作为中等职业教育育人的重要载体,其基本思想、基础文化、基本技能应根据功能延伸实现从表象到内涵、从量变到质变、从单一到多元的转变。
Secondary vocational education is a key force in the development of China’s rural economy and urban-rural coordination,and provides important intellectual support in the process of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.The progression of social and personal goals in the process of shifting from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization strategy has triggered changes in the cultivation of talents and the structure of ability cultivation in secondary vocational education,which has prompted the need for vertical extension of the cultivation function of secondary vocational education in terms of breadth,depth and precision. As far as the contents is concerned, its basic thought, basic culture and basic skills should be transformed from appearance to connotation, from quantitative change to qualitative change, and from single to multiple according to the functional extension.
