摘要 为适应现代航运对航海人才的多样化需求,航海类院校应把人才培养多元化水平和质量作为航海类专业建设与发展的重要指标,及时调整人才培养方案,修订专业课程体系,形成以“融合思政教育、培养家国情怀、紧扣航运实际、探索自主学习、激发创新动力”为核心的航海人才“五维”培养模式。构建新的航海教育知识学习体系和能力培养结构,以激励学生奋发图强、刻苦读书,推进专业内涵建设,提高人才培养质量,是培养高素质船员队伍的有效模式和重要保障。 In order to meet the diversified needs of modern shipping for shipping talents,the diversified level and quality of talent training should be taken by maritime colleges and universities as an important indicator for the construction and development of shipping majors.It is necessary to adjust the talent training plan timely and revise the professional curriculum system in order to construct the“five-dimensional”training model for shipping talents,which includes“integrating ideological and political education,cultivating home and country feelings,closely following shipping reality,exploring independent learning and stimulating innovation power”.The new knowledge learning system and ability training structure for navigation education are established to encourage students to study hard,promote the construction of professional connotation and improve the training quality of shipping talents,which is an effective model and important guarantee for training high-quality crew.
