摘要
目的:探究过剩适应与学校适应的关系,以及自尊与心理韧性的中介作用。方法:采用过剩适应量表、学校适应量表、自尊量表和心理韧性量表对759名初中生进行调查。结果:①描述性及相关分析结果显示过剩适应与学校适应之间呈显著负相关(r=-0.39,P<0.01),与自尊、心理韧性呈显著负相关(r=-0.33,-0.44;P<0.01);学校适应与自尊、心理韧性呈显著正相关(r=0.63,0.71;P<0.01),自尊和心理韧性呈显著正相关(r=0.78,P<0.01);②链式中介效应结果表明过剩适应通过自尊、心理韧性的单独和共同作用影响着中学生学校适应,其中中介效应分别占总效应的17.05%、25.08%、30.22%。结论:研究结果进一步揭示了过剩适应负面影响学校适应的作用机制,要提升过剩适应者的学校适应,应该注重加强自尊和心理韧性的培养。
Objective:To explore the chain mediating effect of self-esteem and resilience between over-adaptation and school adaptation.Methods:A sample 759 junior middle school students was recruited in the study to complete over-adaptation scale,school adaptation scale,self-esteem scale and adolescent resilience scale.Results:①Descriptive and correlation analysis showed that over-adaptation was negatively correlated with school adaptation(r=-0.39,P<0.01),negatively correlated with self-esteem and resilience(r=-0.33,-0.44;P<0.01);School adaptation was positively correlated with self-esteem and resilience(r=0.63,0.71,P<0.01),self-esteem was positively correlated with resilience(r=0.78,P<0.01).②The results of chain-type mediating effect showed that over-adaptation affected school adaptation of junior middle school students through self-esteem and resilience separately and jointly,and the mediating effect respectively accounted for 17.05%,25.08%and 30.22%of the total effect.Conclusion:The results further reveals the mechanism of negative impact of over-adaptation on school adaptation.In order to improve the school adaptation of over-adaptive students,we should pay attention to strengthening self-esteem and cultivating resilience.
