摘要
新能源汽车火灾事故的频繁发生已成为电动汽车大规模推广的主要障碍。电动汽车用动力锂电池在内部缺陷(如内短路)或外部滥用(如过充、过放电)条件下可能发生热失控,其过程通常会释放大量包含有毒有害、易燃易爆气体的烟雾。为提高对动力锂电池安全性的认识,有必要对电池的排气过程进行深入研究,理清电池内部产气反应机理,分析动力锂电池热失控产气特性。本文综述了国内外对动力锂电池的排气机理和排气检测方法的研究进展,梳理了锂电池的主要产气组分及来源,归纳了当前不同层级动力电池排气研究方法,为电池排气检测技术研发和标准化工作提供参考。
The frequent occurrence of new energy vehicle fire accidents has become the main obstacle to the large-scale promotion of electric vehicles. The lithium ion battery for electric vehicles may suffer from thermal runaway under the conditions of internal defects(such as internal short circuit) or external abuse(such as overcharge, over-discharge), and the process usually releases a large amount of fumes containing toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive gases. In order to improve the understanding of safety on lithium ion batteries, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on battery venting process, clarify the gas production mechanism inside the battery, and analyse gas production characteristics during thermal runaway. In this paper, the research progress on the gas venting mechanism and detection analysis methods of lithium batteries is reviewed in detail, the main gas components and sources of lithium batteries are sorted out, and the current research methods of battery venting at different levels are summarized, providing a reference for the detection technology development and standardization of battery venting analysis.
