摘要
锂离子电池单体热失效会引起周围单体热失效的连锁反应。对21700型三元正极材料锂离子电池进行单体热失效加热触发实验,分析单体热失效的反应机理、单体热失效对锂离子电池组的热辐射作用以及电池组热失控的反应原理。提出电动汽车锂离子电池组热失效的四重(电池监控、电池组液冷循环、电池组间隔离罩隔离和液氮控制)安全保护措施。
The thermal runaway chain reaction was caused with the surrounding monomer due to the thermal runaway of the Li-ion battery.Based on the 21700 type ternary cathode material Li-ion battery thermal runaway test,the reaction mechanism of battery thermal runaway test and the principle of thermal radiation of Li-ion battery pack due to battery thermal runaway,battery pack thermal out of control were analyzed.Four safety measures including battery monitoring,liquid cooling cycle of battery pack,isolation of enclosure and liquid nitrogen control for the thermal runaway of Li-ion battery pack for electric vehicles were proposed.
