摘要
提出了对组成高能量电池系统的锂离子电芯进行滥用测试时监测气体可燃性的必要性;讨论了收集锂离子电芯滥用测试时泄放气体的可行性,给出了过充、过放和短路试验通用气体收集装置设计方案;通过装置的实际制作和测试应用验证了方案的可操作性,分析了应用前景。
The necessity of testing flammability of gases which emitted by Li-ion cells that constitute the high-energy battery pack during abusing was pointed out- The feasibility of gases collection during abuse testing was discussed. Design scheme of general gas collection device for overcharge, overdischarge and external short-circuit was given. The operability was proved through the manufac- ture and actual application of the device, the application prospect was analyzed.
