摘要
绿原酸是一种酚酸类化合物,由咖啡酸的1位羧基和奎尼酸的3位羟基缩合而成,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒、抗肿瘤及减脂降糖等多种生理功能。自然界天然存在的绿原酸结构存在差异,其功效也有所不同。本文概述了不同结构绿原酸的功能差异,并综述了其不同部位结构修饰的方法、绿原酸与其他物质的协同作用及其在动物生产上的应用,为绿原酸的进一步研究及应用提供参考。
Chlorogenic acid is a phenolic acid compound,which is condensed from the 1-carboxyl group of caffeic acid and the 3-hydroxyl group of quinic acid.It has a variety of physiological activities,such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-virus,anti-tumor,lipid-lowering and hypoglycemic.Chlorogenic acid naturally exists in nature,and its efficacy is also different due to structural differences.This paper summarizes the functional differences between different structures of chlorogenic acid,the methods of structural modification of different parts of chlorogenic acid,and the synergy between chlorogenic acid and other substances,and expounds its application in animal production,so as to provide reference for further research and application of chlorogenic acid.
