摘要
研究生教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,是教育强国的重要引擎。我国研究生教育近年来发展迅速,数以万计的研究生已成为各行业科技创新的主力军,为国民经济发展提供了重要的人力支持和智力支撑。基于对新时代应用型高校研究生教育机遇以及研究生教育存在问题的客观分析,提出了新时代应用型高校研究生培养创新路径:在确立“立德树人”的思政教育观前提下,通过需求导向、开放协同、国际合作、过程监控等举措构建“质量第一”的育人新模式,通过制定科学的培养方案、激发研究生创新意识、建成多层次课程体系等路径,呈现“应用能力”的教学新特色,通过构建严格的导师遴选和聘用、导师考核和评价等制度,注入“有效激励”的导师成长剂。
Postgraduate education is an important part of higher education and an engine of strengthening China.Recent years has witnessed the rapid development of postgraduate education in China.Tens of thousands of postgraduates have become the main forces of scientific and technological innovation in various industries,providing important human resources and intellectual support for the development of the national economy.Based on the objective analysis of opportunities and problems of postgraduate education in applied colleges and universities in the new era,this paper puts forward corresponding innovative approaches:based on the concept of“fostering virtue through education”,a new education mode of“quality first”is established through demand orientation,open collaboration,international cooperation and process monitoring;through the development of scientific training programs,stimulating innovative consciousness and building a multi-level curriculum system,the new teaching features of“applied ability”are presented;as the“effective incentive”,the establishment of supervisor selection,employment and assessment systems will boost supervisor Application⁃Oriented Higher Education Researchgrowth.
