摘要
全面质量管理在高等教育领域有其适用性。在我国的高等教育中建立全面质量管理体系,对提高我国高等教育质量具有重要意义。知识经济时代,我国的高等教育,尤其是研究生教育应积极转变观念,强化质量意识,利用全面质量管理思想指导研究生教育,保证和提高研究生的培养质量。
Overall quality management is of its applicability in the field of education of higher learning. To establish a system of overall quality management in the higher-learning education of China is greatly significant to enhance its quality. In the era of knowledge economy, it is imperative to actively change our educational concepts and strengthen our awareness of quality so as to guide our postgraduate education and guarantee and enhance the quality of this education by employing the idea of the overall quality management.
