摘要
博士研究生导师队伍的建设,关系到博士研究生的培养质量;管理体制的完善,是提高博士研究生教育水平的重要的前提;有效的措施是保证博士研究生培养质量的手段。所以加强博士生导师队伍建设,提高博士生培养质量是研究生教育整体水平的重要体现。
The doctorial advisor team construction of the doctorial students is vital to the training qualities of the doctorial students. The perfection of the management system is an important premise to improve the educational level. Only effective measures can ensure the training qualities of doctorial students. Therefore, the reinforcement of the doctorial advisor team construction is the key to the training qualities of the doctorial students.
