摘要
乡村振兴战略是我国现阶段“三农”工作的总抓手,实施这个重大战略目标,是加快提高农业供给质量、激发农村发展活力、提升广大农民获得感的有力支撑,也是开创党和国家各项事业新局面的坚实基础。在推进乡村振兴战略的过程中,文化素养突出、技术能力较强、管理经验丰富的复合型人才尤为关键。在新常态背景下,构建一支专业能力突出的干部队伍具有非常重要的意义。该文通过对村干部班学员的特点分析,探索在乡村振兴背景下村干部班思政课教学方式,目的是提高村干部班思政课教学效益和人才培养质量,为乡村振兴及农业现代化发展提供人力支持。
The strategy of rural revitalization is the general starting point of China’s "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" work at the present, and the implementation of this major strategic goal is a strong support for speeding up the improvement of the quality of agricultural supply, stimulating the vitality of rural development, and enhancing the sense of achievement of farmers. It is also a solid foundation for creating a new situation for various undertakings of the Party and the government. In the process of promoting the strategy of rural revitalization, compound talents with outstanding cultural literacy, strong technical ability and rich management experience are particularly important. In the context of the new normal, it is of great significance to build a contingent of cadres with outstanding professional ability. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the students of the village cadre training class, this paper explores the teaching method of the ideological and political course of the village cadre training class in the context of rural revitalization, in order to improve the teaching efficiency and personnel training quality of the ideological and political course of the village cadre training class and provide human resources support for rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.
