摘要
帕金森病是一种起病隐匿的神经退行性疾病,为及时诊断及监测治疗提出了挑战,18-氟代脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层扫描(18F-FDG PET-CT)是一种分子影像学标志物,可以根据脑内葡萄糖代谢变化客观表现帕金森病的病情进展。目前研究表明,其代谢模式可以用于帕金森病监测治疗、疾病预测方向,本文对18F-FDG PET-CT的成像原理、PD相关代谢模式、PD相关的认知模式,特发性快速眼动睡眠障碍相关模式做一综述。
Parkinson’s disease is a neurodegenerative disease with insidious onset,which poses a challenge for timely diagnosis and monitoring treatment.18F-FDG PET-CT is a molecular imaging marker that can objectively demonstrate the progression of Parkinson’s disease based on changes in glucose metabolism in the brain.Current studies have shown that its metabolic pattern can be used in the direction of Parkinson’s disease monitoring and treatment,disease prediction,etc.In the following,we will review the imaging principle of 18-fluorodeoxyglucose(18F-FDG PET-CT),PD-related metabolic pattern,PD-related cognitive pattern,and idiopathic rapid eye movement sleep disorder-related pattern.
