摘要
人们购买蔬菜副食的渠道日趋丰富多元,各类菜市空间的出现给市民带来了不同的菜市空间体验,这些菜市空间的差别与经营权属及经营机制密切相关。本研究以南京中心城区(1)为限定,按权属不同,将主要的菜市空间分成传统附设式菜市场、生鲜超市和街边菜店三类,通过对三类菜市空间的对比分析,总结经营权属对各类菜市空间选址、空间特征、空间环境的影响,以期为今后菜市空间的设计改造提供线索和依据。
The channels for people to buy vegetables and non-staple food are becoming more and more diversified. The emergence of various kinds of vegetable market spaces has brought citizens with different experience of vegetable market space. The difference of these vegetable market spaces is closely related to the ownership of management and the management mechanism. This paper takes Nanjing central area as the limit, and divides the main vegetable market spaces into three categories: traditional attached vegetable markets, fresh food supermarkets and street side vegetable stores according to different ownership. Through the comparative analysis on the three types of vegetable market spaces, it summarizes the impact of management ownership on the site selection, space characteristics and space environment of various vegetable markets. It is expected to provide clues and basis for the design and transformation of vegetable market space in the future.
