摘要
目的评价大连市部分市售水果中铅、镉、汞检出情况,为进一步开展土壤和水源治理,合理使用农药,制定食品中有毒金属的允许限量标准提供理论支持。方法2020年6-12月随机抽取大连市某区2家生鲜超市、2家农贸市场和2家餐饮店,对其销售的枣、苹果、桃、樱桃、葡萄、菠萝、梨、枇杷果、猕猴桃10种水果进行调查。采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光光谱法测定样品中铅、镉、汞的含量,并按照国家标准进行评定。结果水果中铅的检出率为20.97%(13/62),超标率为4.84%(3/62);镉的检出率为24.19%(15/62),超标率为14.52%(9/62);汞的检出率为9.68%(6/62),超标率为1.61%(1/62)。仁果类、浆果类及核果类水果的铅检出率、镉检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2020年大连市市售部分水果存在铅、镉、汞检出及超标情况。
Objective To evaluate the detection of lead,cadmium and mercury in some commercially available fruits in Dalian city,so as to provide theoretical support for further soil and water treatment,rational use of pesticides,and the development of allowable limits of toxic metals in foods.Methods From June to December,2020,2 fresh supermarkets,2 farmers′markets and 2 restaurants in a certain district of Dalian were randomly selected to investigate 10 kinds of fruits,including date,apple,peach,cherry,grape,pineapple,pear,loquat and kiwifruit.The content of lead,cadmium and mercury in the samples was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and evaluated according to national standards.Results The detection rate of lead in fruits was 20.97%(13/62),and the over standard rate was 4.84%(3/62);The detection rate of cadmium in fruits was 24.19%(15/62),and the over standard rate was 14.52%(9/62);The detection rate of mercury in fruits was 9.68%(6/62),and the over standard rate was 1.61%(1/62);There were significant differences in the detection rates of cadmium and lead between berries and pome fruits(P<0.05).Conclusion Lead,cadmium and mercury are detected and out of the standard in some fruits sold in Dalian city.
