摘要
当前,我国已经进入全面建成社会主义现代化强国、向第二个百年奋斗目标进军的新时代,踏上了为之奋斗的新征程。在新征程上,促进区域协调发展是加快构建新发展格局、着力推动高质量发展的必然要求。新中国成立以来,特别是经过党的十八大以来理论和实践上的创新突破,我国逐步走上了具有中国特色的区域发展之路,形成了中国特色社会主义区域发展理论,在目标定位、价值导向、实施方略、实践方法、推进策略、体系框架等方面具有鲜明特质。新征程促进区域协调发展,应在深化推动各大区域板块经济社会协调发展的同时,深入推动各类区域发展战略的融通协调,以构建优势互补、高质量发展的区域经济布局和国土空间体系。地方应从国家战略总体布局中找准定位,在顺应国家区域发展战略走势中塑造区域发展新优势。
China has embarked on a new journey toward building a modern socialist country in all respects and march toward the second centenary goal,which is the new phase of seeking happiness for the Chinese people.On the new journey,promoting regional coordinated development is an important task to accelerate the building of the new development pattern and promote high-quality development.Based on long-term practice since the founding of new China,after the innovation in theory and practice of the Eighteenth Congress,China gradually takes the path of regional development with Chinese characteristics.It has formed the theory of regional development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which has distinctive characteristics in terms of target orientation,value orientation,implementation strategies,practice methods,promotion strategies,and system framework,etc.On the new journeys,we should not only deepen the coordinated development of economy and society in all major regions,but also promote the integration of various regional development strategies,aiming to build a system of regional economic distribution and national land space featuring complementary advantages and high-quality development.Local governments should find the right position in the national strategic plan and create new advantages for regional development in the national regional development strategy.
