摘要
从积贫积弱迈向繁荣富强,从落后迈向现代化,是中国共产党自创立以来的不懈追求。在中国共产党的领导下,中华民族实现了从站起来、富起来到强起来的伟大飞跃。根据社会主要矛盾的变化,可将中国共产党百年经济治理大致划分为新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放至党的十八大时期、党的十八大以来的新发展四个阶段,每个阶段的经济治理基础、外部环境、目标、理念和步骤,既有继承,又有发展。纵览中国共产党百年经济治理,可以总结出以下规律,即始终坚持党对现代化的领导、在理论与实践相结合中不断创新、紧紧围绕和积极破解社会主要矛盾、始终坚持用发展的眼光看问题、始终坚持目标导向与动态调整。展望未来,中国共产党将立足新发展阶段,贯彻新发展理念,构建新发展格局,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家的目标而继续努力奋斗。
Since the founding of the CPC,its ambition has been to make China change from poverty and weakness to prosperity and strength,and from backwardness to modernization.Under leadership of the CPC,China has stood up,grown rich,and is becoming strong.According to changes of the main social contradictions,economic governance of the CPC in the past century can be roughly divided into four stages:the period of new-democratic revolution,the period of socialist revolution and construction,the period from reform and opening up to the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,and the new period since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,in which the basis,external environment,goals,ideas and steps of economic governance have both inheritance and development.A survey of the centennial economic governance by the CPC reveals the law,that is,persisting in leadership of the CPC over modernization,innovating in the integration of theory and practice,grasping and solving main social contradictions,looking at problems from the perspective of development,and insisting on goal orientation and dynamic adjustment.Looking to the future,the CPC will recognize a new development stage,implement a new development concept,and build a new development pattern to strive for the goal of building a modern socialist country.
