摘要
人类文明新形态作为中国式现代化道路创造的标志性成果,在国际传播语境和视角下,具有提升中国话语权的主体性意义、构建人类命运共同体的世界性意义,以及建设国际传播能力的理论指导意义。本文认为,对人类文明新形态话语意义的深入阐释必须消除三个方面的张力关系,具体表现为定型与发展、优越与平等、独特性与可借鉴性之间的张力。本文在从语义逻辑上对张力关系进行消解性阐释的基础上,进一步从国际传播的实践逻辑角度提出四个方面的设想,以增强人类文明新形态理论对国际传播能力建设的指导性,并推进其话语体系的世界性传播。
The new model for human progress,as a landmark achievement created by the Chinese modernization path,in the context and perspective of international communication,has the subjective significance of enhancing China’s discourse power,the worldwide significance of building a community with a shared future for mankind,and the theoretical guiding significance of building international communicationcapacity.This paper holds that,The indepth interpretation of the meaning of the new model for human progress discourse must eliminate the tension between the three aspects,which are manifested as the tension between stereotyping and development,superiority and equality,uniqueness and reference.In this paper,on the basis of the semantic logic to explain the tension relationship,further from the practical logic of international communication puts forward four aspects of the assumption,in order to enhance the guidance of the theory of the new model for human progress to the construction of international communication capacity,and promote the worldwide dissemination and acceptance of its discourse system.
