摘要
党的二十大报告指出:在新中国成立特别是改革开放以来长期探索和实的基础上,经过十八大以来在理论和实践上的创新突破,我们党成功推进和拓展了中国式现代化。中国式现代化,既有各国现代化的共同特征,更有基于自己国情的中国特色,并在经济全球化演进趋势中孕育出深刻的开放逻辑与实践特征。新时代迈向新征程,以高质量发展推进全面建设社会主义现代化国家,高水平的对外开放更是必由之路和世界担当。未来,必须遵循马克思主义开放观,坚持胸怀天下,坚定站在历史正确的一边、站在人类文明进步的一边,高举和平、发展、合作、共赢旗帜,以自身更高质量的现代化为全球发展注入新活力、提供新机遇,最终推动构建人类命运共同体,创造人类文明新形态。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)highlighted that,building upon the extensive exploration and practical experience since thefounding of New China,particularly during the era of Reform and Opening,CPC has made significant theoretical and practical innovations since the 18th National Congress,successfully advancing and expanding Chinese-style modernization.Chinese-style modernization,led by the CPC,combines common characteristics of modernization with distinctive Chinese features based on national conditions,embodying profound openness in both its logic and practice.The comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized nation necessitates adhering to the Marxist view of openness,upholding a global perspective,firmly aligning ourselves with historical correctness and the progress of human civilization.China must proudly hoist the banners of peace,development,cooperation,and win-win outcomes,while pursuing own development in a manner that also contributes to global peace and development.Ultimately,the goal of Chinese-style modernization is to promote“a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind”,foster a new form of human civilization.
