摘要
党的二十大报告提出以高质量发展推进中国式现代化,区域性银行高质量发展是中国式现代化的题中之义。文章利用2014—2021年的相关数据,针对经济政策不确定性对我国区域性银行高质量发展的影响,使用VECM模型和基准回归进行短期和长期的实证分析。研究表明:经济政策不确定性对我国区域性银行高质量发展有着重要影响,二者呈反方向变动。近些年随着经济政策不确定性增强,我国区域性银行高质量发展水平不断下降,高质量发展下行压力增大。文章提出两方面建议:一是政府要保持政策的连续性和可预见性,拓宽调控经济的渠道,丰富经济调节手段;二是区域性银行应增强风险控制能力,拓展放贷渠道和客户群体。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote the Chinese-style modernization with high-quality development,and the high-quality development of regional banks is an intrinsic meaning of the topic of the Chinese-style modernization.Based on relevant data from 2014 to 2021,this paper uses VECM model and benchmark regression to conduct a short-term and long-term empirical analysis of the impact of economic policy uncertainty on the high-quality development of regional banks in China.The research shows that economic policy uncertainty has an important impact on the high-quality development of regional banks,and the two change in the opposite direction.In recent years,the uncertainty of economic policy has increased,and the high-quality development level of regional banks in China has been declining,and the downward pressure of high-quality development has increased.Finally,from the perspective of the government and regional banks themselves,this pa-per points out that the government should maintain the continuity and predictability of policies,broaden the chan-nels of economic regulation,and enrich the means of economic regulation,while regional banks should also enhance their ability to control risks,and extend lending channels and customer groups.
