摘要
某项目在污水管网顶管施工过程中发现现有地下管网错综复杂,有大量抛石及孤石,且井底微风化花岗岩面较浅,抗压强度(饱和)高达150 MPa。经项目各参建单位多次研究方案、讨论对比,认为部分顶管工作井采用逆作井结构及施工工艺可预见性高,施工现场可以及时发现问题并及时采取施工措施保护现有地下管网不受影响和破坏。开挖逆作井土石方过程如遇微风化花岗岩可以及时申请监理单位配合旁站见证,提高了施工效率。可供类似工程项目借鉴参考。
During the construction process of sewage pipe jacking in this project,it was found that the existing underground pipe net‐work was complex and had a large amount of riprap,and the weathered granite surface at the bottom of the well was shallow,compressive strength(saturation)up to 150 MPa.After multiple studies and discussions among the participating units of the project,it was found that the jacking work well adopts a reverse working well structure and the construction technology has high predictability.The construction site can promptly identify problems and take construction measures to protect the existing underground pipe network from impact and damage.If encountering moderately weathered granite during the excavation of the reverse well earthwork process,the supervision unit can be promptly applied for on-site witness,which improves construction efficiency.It can be used as a reference for similar engineering projects.
