摘要
内蒙古丰镇火电厂三期扩建工程1号机组补给水泵站周边建筑物分布密集、地基条件复杂、地下水位高。水泵站地下局部为重型异形箱体结构,工程中采用沉井法进行施工。详细介绍了施工方案的设计计算和施工工艺,并提出了沉箱施工过程中的质量控制措施。实践证明,地下大型重型箱体结构在土质较软、施工条件复杂的情况下,采用沉井法施工工艺能保证施工的安全和质量,工程整体效果良好。
No.1 unit water pump station of phase Ⅲ expansion project in Fengzhen Power Plant in Inner Monglia is surrounded with many buildings,so the foundation excavation is difficult to construct and the groundwater level is high.Local underground structure of water pump station is large special-shaped box structure,and open caisson method is used.The design calculation and construction technique are introduced in detail,and quality control measures are proposed.The practice shows that in soft soil and complex construction conditions,open caisson method can ensure the whole project has a good effect.
