摘要
1997年爆发的亚洲金融危机曾给中国和东盟国家经济社会带来严重影响,25年来,中国和东盟国家携手应对危机带来的系列挑战,并在制度性安排、贸易、投资、互联互通、产业链供应链价值链、金融合作等多个方面取得了丰硕成果,形成诸多宝贵经验。当前,中国和东盟国家面临全球经济增长动力不足、产业链供应链价值链加速重构、国际金融不稳定性上升、数字化绿色化转型“阵痛”等共同挑战。双方应借鉴历史经验,不断在宏观经济政策协调、产业链供应链价值链深度融合、绿色低碳转型、互联互通、数字经济、区域金融自主、普惠包容健康发展等方面深化合作,推动区域经济复苏和增长,携手共建区域发展共同体和命运共同体。
The Asian Financial Crisis that broke out in 1997 dealt a serious blow to the economy and society of China and ASEAN countries.Over the past 25 years,China and ASEAN countries have worked together to address the challenges brought about by the crisis,and have made great achievements in cooperation on institutional arrangements,trade,investment,connectivity,production chains,supply chains,value chains,and finance.Rich experience has been accumulated during the process.At present,China and ASEAN countries face a number of common challenges as the world economy is losing steam,the production chains,supply chains,and value chains are restructuring at an accelerated pace,international financial instability is on the rise,and the digital transformation and green transition are inflicting throes on the economy and society.To promote regional economic recovery and growth,the two sides should learn from historical experience,deepen the cooperation on macroeconomic policy coordination,integration of production chains,supply chains,and value chains,green and low-carbon transformation,connectivity,digital economy,regional financial autonomy,and inclusive and balanced development,and work together to build a regional community of development and shared future.
