基于非靶标代谢组学分析2种花生油中非挥发性成分差异 被引量:1

Research on Differences in Non-Volatile Chemical Components Between Two Types of Peanut Oil Based on Non-Targeted Metabolomics

摘要 采用非靶标代谢组学的方法,基于超高效液相色谱-四极杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱联用技术开展2种花生油中非挥发性的差异性物质研究,并应用主成分分析(PCA)和偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA)对其进行有效区分。结果表明,2种花生油共有31种非挥发性差异物质,包括氨基酸类、萜类、维生素类、植物生长相关物质、脂肪酸类、脂肪酸酯类、脂肪酰胺类等成分,并对其中典型物质进行了分析。该方法简单、快速、可靠,可用于花生油中非挥发性成分的差异分析,丰富了花生油的物质信息并为今后食用油的产品分析提供新的途径。 To explore the differences in non-volatile components between two types of peanut oil,a nontargeted metabolomics technology based on ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole/orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry was used,and then principal component analysis(PCA)and orthogonal partial least square discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)were used to distinguish them.The results showed that there were 31 non-volatile compounds,in the two types of peanut oil including amino acids,terpenoids,vitamins,plant growth-related substances,fatty acids,fatty acid esters and fatty amides,and the typical compounds were analyzed.The method is simple,rapid and reliable,and can be used for the difference analysis of non-volatile components in peanut oil,which enriches the material information of peanut oil and provides a new way for the products analysis of edible oil in the future.
