摘要
利用基于超高效液相色谱串联质谱的广泛靶向代谢组学技术,对‘凤丹’和‘紫斑’牡丹籽中差异代谢物进行研究,并对超临界CO_(2)萃取得到的2种牡丹籽油性质进行对比评价。结果表明,2种牡丹籽共有282种差异代谢物,主要为酚酸类、氨基酸及其衍生物、有机酸、黄酮以及黄酮醇等化合物。差异代谢物相关的途径主要为次级代谢产物的生物合成,苯丙烷类生物合成,缬氨酸、亮氨酸和异亮氨酸生物合成,类黄酮生物合成及2-氧代羧酸代谢等。2种牡丹籽油富含不饱和脂肪酸,其中α-亚麻酸、亚油酸含量差别明显。研究结果可为牡丹籽油产业发展提供理论参考依据。
In order to explore the differences in chemical components between‘Fengdan’and‘Paeonia rockii’peony seeds,a extensive targeted metabolomics technology based on ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was used,and then the properties of two types of peony seed oils by supercritical CO_(2)extraction were compared and evaluated.The results showed that there were 282 differentially expressed metabolites in the two types of peony seeds,including phenolic acids,amino acids and derivatives,organic acids,flavonoids and flavonols.The metabolic pathways related to different metabolites included biosynthesis of secondary metabolites,phenylpropane biosynthesis,valine,leucine and isoleucine biosynthesis,flavonoid biosynthesis and 2-oxocarboxylic acid metabolism.The two peony seed oils contained abound unsaturated fatty acids,and the contents ofα-linolenic acid and linoleic acid were obviously different.The results of this study can provide a theoretical basis for the development of peony seed oil industry.
