摘要
磁共振弥散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)是以磁共振的流动效应为基础,来评价生物体内水分子扩散运动状态的成像技术,也是目前唯一一种监测水分子运动的无创成像技术,其在肿瘤的诊断、良恶性的鉴别及疗效预测等方面也表现出了独特的优势。但是在胸腹部成像过程中生物体的生理运动会产生伪影,影响信噪比(signal-to-noise ratio,SNR)。本研究就DWI检查在胸腹部常见实质脏器肿瘤诊断中的应用价值做一简单综述,旨在为临床应用DWI鉴别、诊断胸腹部常见实质脏器肿瘤提供参考。
Magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) is an imaging technology based on the flow effect of magnetic resonance to evaluate the diffusion movement of water molecules in organisms.It is also the only non-invasive imaging technology to monitor the movement of water molecules at present.It has also shown its unique advantages in tumor diagnosis,differentiation of benign and malignant tumors,and prediction of curative effects.But in the process of chest and abdomen imaging,the physiological movement of organisms will produce artifacts,affect signal-to-noise ratio(SNR).The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for the clinical application of DWI in the differentiation and diagnosis of common thoracic and abdominal parenchymal organ tumors.
