摘要
目的:观察磁共振动态增强(DCE-MRI)联合弥散加权成像(DWI)检查在囊实性卵巢肿瘤良恶性诊断中的效能。方法:选取2017年5月至2020年5月该院收治的98例囊实性卵巢肿瘤患者进行前瞻性研究。所有患者均给予DCE-MRI、DWI检查,以病理学检查诊断结果为金标准,比较DCE-MRI、DWI单项及联合检查诊断囊实性卵巢肿瘤良恶性的效能。结果:病理学检查诊断结果显示,98例囊实性卵巢肿瘤患者恶性57例,良性41例;DCE-MRI检查诊断囊实性卵巢肿瘤恶性52例,良性46例;DWI检查诊断恶性54例,良性44例;联合检查诊断恶性64例,良性34例;DCE-MRI、DWI联合检查诊断的灵敏度均高于单项检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DCE-MRI、DWI联合检查诊断的特异度、准确度与单项检查比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:DCE-MRI联合DWI检查诊断囊实性卵巢肿瘤良恶性的灵敏度均高于单项检查。
Objective:To observe efficacy of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)combined with diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)in diagnosis of benign and malignant cystic solid ovarian tumors.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 98 patients with cystic solid ovarian tumors admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to May 2020.All patients were examined by DCE-MRI and DWI.Using the results of pathological examination as the gold standard,the efficacies of single and combined examination of DCE-MRI and DWI in the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors were compared.Results:The pathological diagnosis showed that among the 98 cases,57 cases were malignant and 41 cases were benign.DCE-MRI showed that 52 cases were malignant and 46 cases were benign.DWI examination showed that 54 cases were malignant and 44 cases were benign.Combined examination showed that 64 cases were malignant and 34 cases ere benign.The sensitivity of combined examination of DCE-MRI and DWI was higher than that of single examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the specificity and accuracy of combined examination of DCE-MRI and DWI and single examination(P>0.05).Conclusions:The sensitivity of DCE-MRI combined with DWI in the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors is higher than that of single examination.
