摘要 “课程思政”是新时代新形势下高校有效开展全程、全员、全方位育人工作的抓手之一。教师以立德树人为根本,认真学习思想政治理论,在坚定群众理想信念、提升凝聚力、推动建立全民“大思政”格局中发挥重要作用。但是,由于开放大学向全社会提供教育服务的特点,学生构成较为复杂,在开展思想政治教育上面临诸多难题。开放大学必须以思想政治教育结构论为理论切入点,基于学校发展的实际情况和多年的实践积累,研究开放大学思政教育现状,分析课程思政教学理念在开放大学课程教学渗透的必要性,并以党的社会主义教育方针为遵循,形成“教学目标、教学形式、师资力量”的有效改革,为开放大学课程思政实效性的特色发展提供前提条件和重要保障。 Curriculum ideological and political education is one of the key points for colleges and universities to effectively carry out the whole process,all staff and all-round education work under the new era and new situation.Based on the principle of establishing morality and cultivating people,teachers carefully study the ideological and political theories,and play an important role in strengthening the ideals and beliefs of the masses,enhancing the cohesion and promoting the establishment of a“great ideological and political pattern”for the whole people.However,due to the characteristics of the open university in providing educational services to the whole society,the student composition is relatively complex,and it faces many problems in carrying out ideological and political education.The university must take the structural theory of ideological and political education as the theoretical breakthrough point,based on the actual situation of the development of the university and years of practice,study the current situation of ideological and political education in open universities,and analyze the necessity of the infiltration of ideological and political teaching ideas in open university curriculum teaching.In addition,the Party’s socialist education policy is followed to form an effective reform of“teaching objectives,teaching forms and teachers”,which provides preconditions and important guarantees for the characteristic development of ideological and political effectiveness of open university courses.
