摘要
科研能力是高校思政课教师职业能力的重要内容之一。提升高校思政课教师的科研能力,是加强高校思政课实效性的需要,也是教师自身发展的需要。目前,高校思政课教师的科研现状不容乐观。提升高校思政理论课教师科研能力,既需要教师自身的刻苦努力,也需要高校创造良好的科研条件和氛围。
Scientific research ability is an important content of university ideological and politic theory teachers＂ professional abilities. Promoting university ideological and politic theory teachers＇scientific research ability is to strengthen the effect of university ideological and politic theory courses and develop teachers themselves. Nowadays, present situation of university ideological and politic theory teachers＂ scientific research ability is not optimistic. Promoting university ideological and politic theory teachers＂ scientific research ability needs both teachers＂ hardworking efforts and the university to create good research conditions and circumstances.
