反应型加工引入高分子材料综合实验的探索与实践

摘要 为了提高高分子材料专业综合实验教学效果,提高实验设计性和综合性,开发了研究型实验“长链支化聚丙烯的制备与性能”。将反应型加工引入综合实验教学,通过多学科知识的综合设置,将理论与实践有机融合,达到为学生构建综合知识框架,提高学生解决工程实际问题能力的教学目的。项目的设置知识面广,涉及高分子化学、高分子材料加工,以及高分子物理中的分子链结构、聚集态结构和性能。实验设计性、综合性强,提高了学习难度;加深了学生对高分子多层次结构、结构与性能关系的理解;科研前沿的引入激发了学生学习的主动性和创造性,提高了学生的科研素养和创新能力。 In order to improve the comprehensive experimental teaching effect of polymer materials major and to enhance the experimental design and comprehensiveness,a research-oriented comprehensive experiment “preparation and properties of long-chain branched polypropylene” was explored in the comprehensive experiment of polymer materials.Reactive processing was introduced into comprehensive experiment.Through the comprehensive setting of multidisciplinary knowledge,the theoretical knowledge and practice are organically integrated,so as to achieve the teaching purpose of building comprehensive knowledge framework for students and improving students’ ability to solve practical engineering problems.This project covers a wide range of knowledge,including polymer chemistry,polymer processing,and molecular chain structure,aggregation structure and properties in polymer physics.The strong designability and comprehensiveness of the experiment makes the learning more difficult,deepens students’ understanding of the multi-level structure of polymer and the relationship between structure and performance.The introduction of cutting-edge scientific research stimulates students’ learning initiative and creativity,which is conducive to cultivating students’ scientific research literacy and innovation ability.
