摘要
查阅相关文献,从白细胞介素-12(IL-12)/白细胞介素-12受体(IL-12R)概述、IL-12/IL-12R与缺血性脑卒中发病危险因素的相关性、IL-12/IL-12R在缺血性脑卒中发病中的作用三方面对IL-12/IL-12R与缺血性脑卒中发病相关性进行概述。指出目前IL-12R与缺血性脑卒中发病的相关性研究相对较少,认为未来应着重探究IL-12R在缺血性脑卒中发病过程中的作用机制。
By consulting the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the correlation between interleukin(IL)-12/interleukin(IL)-12 receptor(R)and the incidence of cerebral ischemic stroke from three aspects:the overview of IL-12/IL-12R,the correlation between IL-12/IL-12R and risk factors of cerebral ischemic stroke,and the role of IL-12/IL-12R in the incidence of cerebral ischemic stroke.It is pointed out that since there are only a few studies on the correlation between IL-12R and the incidence of cerebral ischemic stroke,the mechanism of IL-12 R in the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke should be explored in the future.
