摘要
查阅近十年相关文献,从肺癌、胃癌、食管癌、口腔癌、前列腺癌、膀胱癌、妇科肿瘤及其他肿瘤等8个方面对姜黄素的抗肿瘤作用及作用机制进行概述。发现姜黄素虽对多种肿瘤细胞及组织的增殖代谢具有显著抑制作用,但其对光热均不稳定,生物利用率较低。通过研究其抗肿瘤作用可为姜黄素新药的研发及临床合理用药奠定基础。
Refer to relevant literatures of last decade,this paper reviews the antitumor effect and mechanism of curcumin from lung cancer,gastric cancer,esophageal cancer,oral cancer,prostate cancer,bladder cancer and gynecological tumor.Although curcumin can inhibit the proliferation and metabolism of many tumor cells and tissues significantly,it is unstable to light and heat,and its bioavailability is low.The study of its anti-tumor effect is expected to lay a foundation for the research,development and use of new curcumin drugs.
