摘要
本文阐述了价值观视角下职业道德认同的概念,分析了存在的问题,最后提出应建立基于能力的绩效考核机制,政府、医院、医生各司其职,倡导个人价值与社会价值的统一,建立人性化、多元化的激励体系,构建良好的职业道德氛围。
This paper expounds the concept of professional ethics identity from the core values,analyzes the existing problems,and finally proposes the solutions,which include establishing a competency-based performance appraisal mechanism,making the government,hospitals and doctors all play their roles,advocate the unity of individual value and social value,establish a humanized and diversified incentive system,and build a good atmosphere of professional ethics.
