摘要
价值观教育是一项复杂的系统工程,需要社会多方力量的共同参与和协同联动。在对美国、日本、新加坡、俄罗斯、以色列等10个国家6274个民众进行调查,深入分析探讨国外价值观教育的现实状况和特征之后,结合调研数据分析结果发现,当前世界各国普遍重视价值观教育的社会力量及其协同,主要表现为社会人员协同和社会资源协同两个方面。在社会人员协同上,注重发挥家庭成员在价值观教育中的先发优势,通过社区人员推动价值观教育的实践发展,发挥宗教人员在价值观教育中的教化功能;在社会资源协同上,注重发挥政治资源、经济资源和文化资源在制度、资金、精神三个方面的资源保障功能。深化推进新时代我国价值观教育改革创新,也需要高度重视和整合社会力量:在教育目标上做到差异化定位与协同化发展相结合,在资源部署上做到国家、社区和家庭三个层面的协同规划,在教育评估上建立兼顾过程性和发展性的多元化评估体系。
Values education is a complex systematic project,which needs the participation and cooperation of various social forces.After investigating 6274 people in 10 countries such as the United States,Japan,Singapore,Russia and Israel,and deeply analyzing the actual situation and characteristics of values education abroad,combined with the survey data analysis,it is found that countries all over the world generally attach importance to the social forces and coordination of values education.It is mainly manifested in two aspects:social personnel coordination and social resources coordination.In terms of social personnel coordination,we should give full play to the first mover advantage of family members in values education,promote the practical development of values education through community personnel,and give full play to the educational function of religious personnel in values education;In terms of social resources coordination,we should pay attention to the resource guarantee function of political resources,economic resources and cultural resources in terms of its system,capital and spirit pursuit.To deepen the reform and innovation of China’s values education in the new era,we also need to attach great importance to and integrate social forces:the combination of differentiated positioning and coordinated development in educational objectives,the coordinated planning at the levels of country,community and family in resource deployment,and the establishment of a diversified evaluation system that takes into account both process and development in educational evaluation.
