摘要
浮式码头是深远海油气勘探开发的重要保障,为了提高深远海勘探作业的应急保障效率,对浮式码头的应急物资储备优先级进行了研究。首先,基于事故应急响应过程进行应急物资需求分析,得到海上作业事故应急所需的10个类型的物资。其次,运用模糊支持向量机方法,结合重要度、时效性、需求度3个评价指标,对不同类型的应急物资进行储备优先级划分。最后,根据储备优先级的不同对应急物资在浮式码头的储备管理方式提出建议。结果表明,深远海应急物资优先级为Ⅰ级的物资有4类,优先级为Ⅱ级的物资有4类,优先级为Ⅲ级的物资有2类。研究了深远海应急物资的分类方法,并基于模糊支持向量机对应急物资进行了分级,为实现科学、高效的深远海应急物资储备管理提供了参考性建议。
This paper aims to provide a scientific and effective reference for the storage of emergency supplies for deep-sea Floating Wharf.Firstly,the demands for emergency supplies are analyzed according to the accident emergency disposal process.According to the flow chart of on-site emergency response,the demand categories of emergency supplies are determined,and a total of 10 categories are determined.Secondly,combined with the three evaluation indexes of importance,timeliness,and demand,the index evaluation of different types of emergency supplies is carried out by using a triangular fuzzy membership function and expert evaluation method.The importance and timeliness mainly depend on the qualitative judgment of on-site rescue personnel and experts,and the demand is calculated through resource demand and existing inventory.In the qualitative evaluation,combined with the experience of experts in the field of marine emergency,the membership function is established.Among them,the value range of abscissa is from 0 to 10,corresponding to the input evaluation value.30 groups of evaluation data samples are used as the training set of fuzzy support vector machine,and the evaluation data of 10 types of deep-sea emergency supplies are used as the test set.The method of fuzzy support vector machine is used to classify the reserve of deep-sea emergency supplies.Priority is divided into three levels:level I,level II and level III.The results show that there are 4 categories of deep-sea emergency supplies with priority level I,4 categories of supplies with a priority level II,and 2 categories of supplies with a priority level III.Finally,according to the different priorities of reserves,suggestions are put forward for the storage of emergency resources of Floating Wharf to obtain the scientific management of deep-sea emergency supplies.For example,high-priority emergency supplies are mainly physical storage,while low-priority supplies are mainly production capacity storage.
