摘要
首先介绍了2019年末新冠肺炎突发性公共卫生事件时我国应急物流的仓储配送流程,通过流程分析揭示现有应急物流仓储配送在应对突发性公共卫生事件时的不足,然后在改进ABC分类管理法的基础上,结合现代物流信息技术,从货物的分类仓储作业,不同类别物资的配送方式、不同批量不同类别的配送方式、统一的协调沟通平台四个方面对应急物流的仓储配送流程进行了优化设计,并从信息系统、物流设施设备、人力资源、先进技术的应用四个角度提出了合理的对策与建议。
In this paper,we first introduced the warehousing and distribution process of emergency materials in China during the public health emergencies of the COVID-2019 pneumonia at the end of 2019.Through process analysis,we revealed the shortcomings of the existing emergency materials warehousing and distribution system in responding to public health emergencies.On the basis of the ABC classification method,combined with modern logistics information technology,we optimized the warehousing and distribution process of emergency materials from four aspects:classified warehousing operations of goods,methods for distributing different types of materials,methods for distributing different batches or types of materials,and unified coordination and communication platform,and at the end,put forward some reasonable countermeasures and suggestions from the four angles of information system,logistics facilities and equipment,human resources,and application of advanced technology.
