摘要
目的探讨美沙拉嗪联合康复新液对老年溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及对凝血指标、血清炎症细胞因子的影响。方法100例老年溃疡性结肠炎患者根据入院先后顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,均施予常规治疗。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予美沙拉嗪治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予美沙拉嗪联合康复新液治疗。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后凝血指标、血清炎症因子水平的变化。结果治疗组总有效率(96.0%)高于对照组(76.0%)(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者凝血指标、血清炎症细胞因子水平均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪联合康复新液治疗老年性溃疡性结肠炎可提高临床疗效,改善患者凝血指标及血清炎症因子水平。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of mesalamine combined with Kangfuxin solution in the treatment of elderly ulcerative colitis and the effect on coagulation index and serum inflammatory cytokines.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with ulcerative colitis were randomized into treatment group and control group(50 patients in each group)according to the order of admission.All patients were given routine treatment.The control group received mesalamine based on this,and the treatment group received mesalamine combined with Kangfuxin solution.The change levels of curative effect,coagulation indexes and serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment were observed and analyzed.Results The total effective rate(96.0%)of the treatment group was significantly higher than that(76.0%)of the control group(P<0.05).Coagulation indexes and serum inflammatory cytokines in the two groups were improved after treatment,and the improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mesalamine combined with Kangfuxin solution can improve the clinical efficacy in treating elderly ulcerative colitis and the effect on coagulation index and serum inflammatory cytokines.
