摘要
目的探讨康复新液联合雷贝拉唑对胃溃疡出血患者止血效果及胃黏膜愈合的影响.方法选择2020年4月—2022年2月我院收治的64例胃溃疡出血患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=32)和观察组(n=32).对照组采用雷贝拉唑治疗,观察组在此基础上采用康复新液治疗,两组均持续用药2个月.对比两组患者的止血效果、止血时间、出血量、胃黏膜愈合情况、氧化应激因子水平及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组的止血总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的71.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的止血时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的胃黏膜愈合总有效率为96.88%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的丙二醛、脂质过氧化物水平均低于对照组,一氧化氮水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论康复新液联合雷贝拉唑能够有效缓解胃溃疡出血患者的出血症状,降低其氧化应激反应,促进胃黏膜愈合,且安全可靠,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with rabeprazole on hemostasis and gastric mucosa healing in patients with gastric ulcer bleeding.Methods 64 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to February 2022 were divided into a control group(n=32)and an observation group(n=32)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with rabeprazole,and the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin solution on this basis.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 months.The hemostatic effect,hemostatic time,bleeding volume,gastric mucosa healing,levels of oxidative stress factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 71.88%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of hemostasis in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the bleeding volume was less than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of gastric mucosa healing in the observation group was 96.88%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of malondialdehyde and lipid peroxide in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of nitric oxide was higher than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin solution combined with rabeprazole can effectively relieve the bleeding symptoms of patients with gastric ulcer bleeding,reduce the oxidative stress reaction,promote the healing of gastric mucosa,and is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion.
